By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms.

Indigo Tones Digital, LLC is a marketing agency serving fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and security systems contractors. We provide website design, SEO, generative-engine optimization (GEO), paid advertising, social media, and related marketing services. We are a marketing partner to our clients, not a licensed fire, life-safety, or security systems contractor, and nothing on this Site or in our services should be read as fire, life-safety, or security engineering advice.
2. Use of the Site
The Site and its content are provided for informational purposes and to let visitors request a free marketing audit. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or normal operation
• Scrape, copy, or republish Site content without our written permission
• Use the Site to submit unsolicited advertising to us
3. Free Audit Requests and Consent to Contact
Submitting the free audit request form is a request for Indigo Tones to contact you about our services. It is not a contract for services and creates no obligation on either party until a separate services agreement is signed. By submitting the form, you consent to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy, including the Phone Communications (TCPA) section.
4. No Professional or Technical Advice
Nothing on the Site constitutes fire protection, life-safety, security systems, legal, or financial advice. Any statistics, case studies, or results referenced on the Site are illustrative and not a guarantee of results for your business. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offering, and execution.
5. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by Indigo Tones or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDIGO TONES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
This limitation applies only to use of the Site itself; it does not apply to, and is superseded by, the liability and remedy terms of any separate signed services agreement between you and Indigo Tones.

You agree to indemnify and hold Indigo Tones harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
