Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 9, 2026Indigo Tones Digital, LLC (“Indigo Tones,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates indigotonesdigital.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors to the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what our tools observe automatically.
Information you provide:
• Company name
• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Website URL
• Your trade or industry (selected from a list of fire and security trade categories)
• Optional notes about your growth challenges
• Consent to be contacted by phone, given via a required checkbox on our free audit request form
Information collected automatically:
• Pages visited, time on page, and scroll depth
• Buttons and links clicked, including phone-number clicks and calls-to-action
• General device and browser information (via Google Analytics 4, implemented through Google Tag Manager)
• Standard server logs collected by our hosting and security providers
2. How We Use Your Information
• To respond to your free audit request and follow up by phone or email
• To understand which pages and offers are working, using aggregated analytics
• To improve the Site’s content, layout, and performance
• To send you information about our services, which you can opt out of at any time
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse
3. Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, deployed through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the Site. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, referral source, and general location (city or region level, not precise geolocation).
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Turning off cookies may limit some Site features. We do not currently serve retargeting or third-party advertising cookies; if that changes, this policy will be updated first.
4. Phone Communications (TCPA)
If you submit our free audit request form, you are asked to affirmatively check a consent box before your submission is accepted. By checking that box, you agree that Indigo Tones (or a service acting on our behalf) may contact you by phone call at the number you provided, using automated technology, to discuss the services you requested. We do not currently send SMS or text messages to leads; if that changes, this section will be updated first.
Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may withdraw consent at any time by asking us during a call to stop contacting you, or by emailing us at the address in Section 10.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with:
• Service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to leads (for example, our website host, form-processing tools, and Google Analytics), each bound to use your data only to provide their service to us
• Third-party contractors and agencies who assist us in delivering our marketing services to clients (for example, freelance designers, writers, or specialized subcontracted vendors), each bound to keep your information confidential and use it only to help us serve you
• AI-powered tools we use to operate the Site and deliver services (for example, content drafting, research, or customer communication tools), which may process information you provide in the course of that work
• Law enforcement or regulators, if required by law, subpoena, or legal process
• A successor entity, if Indigo Tones is acquired or merges with another company
6. Data Retention
We retain lead-form submissions and related communications for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which we securely delete or anonymize the information, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, tax or contract recordkeeping). Aggregated, de-identified analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
7. Your Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:
• Know what personal information we have collected about you
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law.
Regardless of your state of residence, you may always ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
8. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how sites should respond, the Site does not currently change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and professionals in the fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and security industries. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 13.
10. Contact Us
Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests to access, correct, or delete your information, can be sent to Indigo Tones Digital, LLC at [email protected].
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page; we encourage you to review it periodically.
